Abstract

PROGRAM STUDI DIII KEPERAWATAN FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS BAKTI TUNAS HUSADA TASIKMALAYA Karya Tulis Ilmiah, Agustus 2024 Dinda Amelia Putri Penerapan Perawatan Perineum Pada Ibu Post Partum Di Ruang Melati Lantai 2A RSUD dr.Soekardjo Kota Tasikmalaya Robekan perineum adalah sesuatu yang disebabkan otot perineum yang kaku atau tidak elastis terjadi pada persalinan pertama pada ibu post partum. Masalah umum yang biasa di alami pada ibu post partum yaitu ketidaknyaman dan resiko infeksi, karena adanya cedera perineum. Perawatan perineum merupakan salah satu Tindakan yang bertujuan untuk menjaga kebersihan daerah vulva dan perineum sehingga dapat mengurangi resiko infeksi. Tujuan studi kasus ini mengetahui respon subyek terhadap tindakan perawatan perineum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan rancangan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dengan jumlah 2 subyek yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Analisis data dilaksanakan dengan cara membandingkan subyek I dan subyek II kemudian dideskriftikan secara naratif. Hasil studi kasus menunjukan bahwa respon sebelum dilakukan perawatan perineum menunjukan bahwa mengalami ketidaknyaman karena adanya luka jahitan pada vaginam dan pada resiko infeksi memiliki persamaan dan respon setelah dilakukan perawatan perineum menunjukan bahwa mengalami perubahan dengan baik dari aspek ketidaknyaman menurun dan resiko infeksi menurun. Perawatan perineum yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan SOP penelitian ini dapat disimpilkan bahwa setelah dilakukan perawatan perineum dapat meningkatkan status kenyamanan paska partum dan menurunkan tingkat infeksi. Soekardjo, Tasikmalaya City ABSTRACT Perineal tears are something caused by stiff or inelastic perineal muscles that occur during the first birth in postpartum mothers. Common problems experienced by post-partum mothers are discomfort and risk of infection, due to perineal injury. Perineal care is one of the actions aimed at maintaining the cleanliness of the vulva and perineum area to reduce the risk of infection. This case study aimed to determine the subject's response to perineal care procedures. This research used a qualitative design approach with a case study approach, with 2 subjects who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data analysis was carried out by comparing subject I and subject II and then describing it narratively. The results of the case study show that the response before perineal treatment shows that experiencing discomfort due to the presence of sutured wounds in the vagina and the risk of infection are the same and the response after perineal treatment shows that there has been a good change in terms of decreased discomfort and decreased risk of infection. Perineal care carried out by the SOP of this study can be concluded that after carrying out perineal care it can improve postpartum comfort status and reduce infection rates.
