Abstract

Abstrak Mutu pelayanan instalasi farmasi rumah sakit salah satunya ditentukan oleh waktu tunggu pelayanan obat. Menurut Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008 tentang standar pelayanan minimal rumah sakit disebutkan bahwa waktu pelayanan untuk obat racikan adalah ≤ 60 menit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui rata-rata waktu tunggu pelayanan obat racikan pada pasien BPJS rawat jalan di instalasi farmasi RSUD dr Soekardjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non eksperimental, dengan melakukan observasi terhadap waktu tunggu pelayanan obat racikan dan pengambilan data dilakukan secara konkuren pada bulan Februari 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jumlah resep yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 120 resep dengan rata-rata waktu tunggu pelayanan obat setiap kriteria adalah obat racikan 14 kapsul yaitu 82 menit, racikan 14 kapsul dengan 1 obat jadi yaitu 83 menit, racikan 14 kapsul dengan 2 obat jadi yaitu 82 menit, dan racikan 14 kapsul dengan 3 obat jadi 76 menit. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa waktu tunggu pelayanan obat racikan di instalasi farmasi RSUD dr.Soekardjo belum memenuhi standar karena dipengaruhi faktor sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan faktor sarana di instalasi farmasi. According to the Decree of Health Minister number, 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008 on the minimum service standard of hospital mentioned that the service time for the concoction drug is ≤ 60 minutes. The purpose of the research is to know the average waiting time of the drug service in patients BPJS outpatient in the pharmacy installation of RSUD dr. Soekardjo This research is a non-experimental study, researchers only observe the waiting time of the concoction drug service and data retrieval conducted in February 2020. The results showed that a recipe that meets the criteria of the 120 prescriptions with the average waiting time of the drug service each criterion is a prescription medicine 14 capsules are 82 minutes, 14 capsules with 1 drug are 83 minutes, 14 capsules with 2 drugs are 82 minutes, and 14 capsules with 3 drugs are 76 minutes. This indicates that the waiting time of the drug service in the pharmaceutical installation RSUD dr. Soekardjo has not fulfilled the standard because it influenced the human resources factor and the means factor in pharmaceutical installation.
