Abstract

ABSTRAK Gambaran Kadar Kolesterol Total Pada Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Yang Obesitas Di Kota Tasikmalaya Tahun 2021 Novia Octaviani DIII Analis Kesehatan STIKes Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikmalaya Kolesterol total adalah jumlah keseluruhan kandungan kolesterol darah pasien atau jumlah kolesterol yang dibawa dalam semua partikel pembawa kolesterol dalam darah termasuk HDL, LDL dan VLDL. Kolesterol total meningkat karena beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah obesitas. Orang dengan berat badan berlebih cenderung mempunyai kadar kolesterol dan lemak yang tinggi dalam darah serta jumlah HDL yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kadar kolesterol total pada guru sekolah dasar negeri yang obesitas di SDN 1, 2, 3, 4 Pengadilan dan Tawang Sari Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, dimana akan didapat kadar kolesterol total pada guru yang mengalami obesitas. Pemeriksaan ini dilakukan di Laboratorium TUK STIKes Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikmalaya dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 sampel dengan metode CHOD-PAP menggunakan alat Photometer TC-3300. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 20 sampel, sebanyak 4 sampel (20 %) memiliki kadar kolesterol total meningkat dengan rata-rata 224,5 mg/dl sedangkan kadar yang normal sebanyak 16 sampel (80%) dengan rata-rata 160 mg/dl dan dari hasil penelitian ini tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara indeks massa tubuh atau obesitas dengan kadar kolesterol total dalam darah. Total cholesterol increases due to several factors, one of which is obesity. People who are overweight tend to have high levels of cholesterol and fat in the blood and a low amount of HDL. The purpose of this study was to determine total cholesterol levels in obese public elementary school teachers in SDN 1, 2, 3, 4 in the Court and Tawang Sari Kota Tasikmalaya. This research is descriptive in nature, in which total cholesterol levels will be obtained in teachers who are obese. This examination was carried out at the TUK STIKes Laboratory of Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikmalaya with a total sample of 20 samples using the CHOD-PAP method using the Photometer TC-3300. Based on the results of the study showed that from 20 samples, 4 samples (20%) had increased total cholesterol levels by an average of 224.5 mg / dl while 16 samples (80%) had normal levels with an average of 160 mg / dl and from the results of this study there is no relationship between body mass index or obesity with total cholesterol levels in the bloods.
