Abstract

Bakteri Salmonella typhi dan paratyphi dari genus Salmonella adalah bakteri penyebab tifoid. Gambaran hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium yang sering ditemukan pada pemeriksaan darah lengkap yaitu limfositopenia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran lama demam dan jumlah limfosit pada penderita tifoid di Puskesmas Siliwangi Garut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah retrospektif pengambilan data yang berhubungan dengan masa lalu. Sampel pemeriksaan penelitian ini 51 pasien penderita tifoid di Puskemas Siliwangi Garut tahun 2020. Hitung jumlah limfosit menggunakan Hematologi Analyzer One Lab 2100. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan dari penderita tifoid sebanyak 51 pasien di puskemas siliwangi garut. Didapatkan jumlah lama demam penderita dari lamam demam 3 hari 14 pasien, pada lamam demam 4 hari 16 pasien, lamam demam 5 hari 11 pasien, lamam demam 6 hari 7 pasien dan lama demam 7 hari 4 pasien dan jumlah limfosit yang bervariasi dari jumlah normal sebanyak 12 (23,53%), limfosit rendah (limfositopenia) 20 (39,21%), dan limfosit tinggi (limfositosis) 19 (37.72%). It has a long history of fever from 3-day fever 14 patients, in 4 day 16 fever lamas, 5-day fever lamas, day 7 fever and long day 4 fever and a moderate number of lymphocytes (23.53%), low lymphocytes (39.21%), and high lymphocytes (lymphocytes) of 19 (39.21%), and lymphocytes (lymphocytes).
