Abstract

ABSTRAK Quality Control adalah program pemantapan mutu internal laboratorium yang berfungsi untuk mengawasi, mendeteksi persoalan dan membuat koreksi sebelum hasil dikeluarkan. Quality Control harus dilaksanakan setiap hari secara terus menerus sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi kesalahan atau penyimpangan. Hasil QC digunakan sebagai indikator untuk memperoleh kepastian bahwa hasil pemeriksaan akurat, bila hasil QC menujukan presisi dan akurasi yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil presisi dan akurasi yaitu nilai KV dan d% untuk pemeriksaan Kolesterol Total, Kolesterol HDL dan Trigliserida. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif analitik, dengan menggunakan data QC mulai dari bulan Juli sampai dengan Desember. Nilai KV dan nilai d% dari hasil Kolesterol Total, HDL dan Trigliserida tidak melebihi dari nilai KV dan d% dari ketentuan yang ditetapkan oleh KEMENKES dan CLIA. Kata kunci : Quality Control, Presisi, Akurasi, Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amandements (CLIA). ABSTRACT Quality Control is a laboratory internal quality assurance program that functions to monitor, detect problems and make corrections before results are released. Quality Control must be carried out every day on an ongoing basis in an effort to reduce errors or deviations. QC results are used as indicators to obtain assurance that the examination results are accurate, if the QC results indicate good precision and accuracy. This study aims to determine the results of precision and accuracy, namely the CV and d% values for the examination of Total Cholesterol, HDL Cholesterol and Triglycerides. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analytic, using QC data from July to December. The CV value and the d% value from the results of Total Cholesterol, HDL and Triglycerides do not exceed the CV value and d% of the provisions stipulated by the Ministry of Health and CLIA.
