Abstract

EFEKTIFITAS TELENURSING DALAM PERAWATAN PENDERITA HIPERTENSI Indri Damayanti 1, Asep Robby 2, Teti Agustin 3 Program DIII Keperawatan STIKes Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikmalaya Email : indridamayanti2000@gmail.com ABSTRACT Hypertension is a degenerative disease characterized by an increase in systolic and diastolic blood pressure from normal blood pressure. Efforts to prevent complications of hypertension, it is necessary to do timely diagnosis, prevention, control and treatment of hypertension. One of these efforts is the use of technology-based health services such as Telenursing. This study aims to identify concepts/theories or research results regarding the literature review regarding the effectiveness of Telenursing in the treatment of hypertension sufferers. This type of literature review research seeks to find theoretical references that are relevant to the case or problem to be raised. The population of this research is journals and articles obtained electronically from national and international databases such as Google Scholars and the National Library. Population data collection is primary data. With 20 journals and articles, and limited search for literature sources in the last 10 years starting from 2012-202. Telenursing is effectively used in nursing care as an effort to improve the quality of health services, provide home care services, nutrition management, improve quality of life, self-care, self-management, prevention and management of chronic diseases. Based on the analysis of the results in several studies, it can be found that Telenursing intervention should be given to all patients suffering from chronic diseases to help cure their disease. Keywords: Telenursing, hypertension, ABSTRAK Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit degeneratif yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik dari tekanan darah normal. Upaya untuk mencegah komplikasi hipertensi, maka perlu dilakukan diagnosis tepatwaktu, pencegahan, pengendalian dan pengobatan hipertensi. Salah satu upaya tersebut adalah penggunaan pelayanan kesehatan berbasis teknologi seperti Telenursing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi konsep/teori atau hasil-hasil penelitian tentang telaah literatur mengenai efektifitas Telenursing dalam perawatan penderita hipertensi. Jenis penelitian review literatur berupaya untuk mencari referensi teori yang relevan dengan kasus atau permasalahan yang akan diangkat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah jurnal dan artikel diperoleh secara elektronik dari data basenasionalmaupun internasional seperti Google Scholer dan Perpustakaan Nasional. Pengumpulan data populasi adalah data primer. Dengan jumlah jurnal dan artikel 20, dan pencarian sumber literatur berbatas dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun terakhir mulai dari 2012-202. Telenursingefektif digunakan dalam asuhan keprawatan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan, melakukan pelayanan secara home care, manajemen nutrisi, peningkatan kualitas hidup, perawatan diri, manajemen diri, pencegahan dan pengelolaan penyakit kornis. Berdasarkan analisis hasil dalam beberapa penelitian, dapat di temukan bahwa intervensi Telenursing harus di berikan kepada semua pasien yang menderita penyakit kronis untuk membantu penyembuhan pada penyakitnya Kata kunci: Telenursing, hipertensi,
