Abstract

Abstrak Virus Corona adalah bagian dari keluarga virus yang menyebabkan penyakit pada hewan ataupun juga pada manusia. Di Indonesia, masih melawan Virus Corona hingga saat ini, begitupun juga di negara-negara lain. Jumlah kasus Virus Corona terus bertambah dengan beberapa melaporkan kesembuhan, tapi tidak sedikit yang meninggal. Usaha penanganan dan pencegahan terus dilakukan demi melawan Covid-19 dengan gejala mirip Flu. Hitung jenis leukosit merupakan parameter pemeriksaan sederhana yang dapat dilakukan di hampir semua fasilitas kesehatan yang memiliki laboratorium. Pemeriksaan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai pemeriksaan skrining atau deteksi awal untuk membantu diagnosa Covid-19. Selain sebagai deteksi awal, pemeriksaan ini dapat menjadi alat monitoring perjalanan penyakit Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Gambaran Hasil Pemeriksaan Hitung Jenis Leukosit Pada Pasien Dengan Antigen Positif Covid-19, penelitian ini dilaksanakkan di RSU Jasa Kartini Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini bersifat Deskriptif dengan metode Restrosfektif dan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Penelitian ini mengambil data skunder pada bulan Januari-Februari sebanyak 37 data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di RSU jasa Kartini Tasikmalaya dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebanyak 60% pasien positif Covid 19 mengalami nuetrofilia atau peningkatan kadar neutrofil, kemudian sebanyak 62% mengalami limfopenia atau penurunan kadar limfosit, kemudian sebanyak 86% kadar limfositnya normal, kemudian sebanyak 95% kadar eosinofilnya normal dan untuk kadar basofilnya hasilnya 100% normal. Kata kunci : Covid-19, Hitung Jenis Leukosit, Antigen Positif Covid-19. Abstract The Corona virus is part of the virus family that causes disease in animals and also in humans. In Indonesia, it is still fighting the Corona Virus until now, as well as in other countries. The number of Corona Virus cases continues to grow with some reporting recoveries, but not a few who have died. Handling and prevention efforts are continuously being made to fight Covid-19 with flu-like symptoms. The type of leukocyte count is a simple parameter that can be done in almost all health facilities that have laboratories. This examination can be used as a screening examination or early detection to help diagnose Covid-19. Apart from being an early detection, this examination can be a tool to monitor the course of the Covid-19 disease. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the results of the examination of the type of leukocyte count in patients with positive antigen Covid-19, this research was carried out at RSU Jasa Kartini, Tasikmalaya. This research is descriptive with a restrosfective method and the sampling technique is purposive sampling. This study took 37 secondary data from January to February. Based on the results of research conducted at RSU Kartini Tasikmalaya services, it can be concluded that as many as 60% of positive patients with Covid 19 experienced nuetrophilia or increased levels of neutrophils, then 62% experienced lymphopenia or decreased lymphocyte levels, then as many as 86% normal lymphocyte levels, then 95 % normal eosinophil levels and 100% normal basophil levels.
