Abstract

ABSTRAK Hipertensi merupakan suatu penyakit yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya tekanan darah arteri. Hipertensi akan berakhir dalam penyakit mikrovaskuler dengan hasil akhirnya berupa iskemi jaringan yang akan meningkatkan sintesis asam urat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran kadar asam urat pada penderita hipertensi. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif analitik. Sampel penelitian adalah 20 pasien hipertensi di Klinik X Kota Tasikmalaya periode Desember 2020 – Maret 2021. Metode yang digunakan pada pemeriksaan asam urat ini adalah Test Kolorimetrik Enzimatik. Hasil penelitian dari 20 pasien yang menderita hipertensi diketahui persentase kadar asam urat normal sebanyak 10 orang (50 %) dengan rata-rata 5,46 mg/dl, sedangkan kadar asam urat tinggi atau lebih dari normal sebanyak 10 orang (50 %) dengan rata-rata 7, 46 mg/dl. Disarankan bagi pasien untuk selalu menjaga pola makan dan hindari makanan yang mengangung purin tinggi. Kata kunci : Asam Urat, Hipertensi Hypertension is a disease characterized by increasing arterial blood pressure. Hypertension will end in microvascular disease with the end result in the form of tissue ischemia which will increase uric acid synthesis. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of uric acid levels in hypertensive patients. This type of research is descriptive analytic. The research sample was 20 hypertensive patients at Clinic X Tasikmalaya City for the period December 2020 - March 2021. The method used in this uric acid examination was the Enzymatic Colorimetric Test. The results of the study of 20 patients suffering from hypertension showed that the percentage of normal uric acid levels was 10 people = 50% with an average of 5.46 mg / dl, while 10 people = 50% of high uric acid levels or more than normal. 7, 46 mg / dl. It is recommended for patients to always maintain a diet and avoid foods that contain high purines. Key words: gout, hypertension
