Abstract

ABSTRAK Kadar Hemoglobin memegang peran penting dalam membantu penegakan diagnosis, sebagai pencerminan reaksi tubuh terhadap suatu penyakit, dan sebagai petunjuk kemajuan terapi penderita anemia atau penyakit lain. Tujuan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antikoagulan Heparin dan EDTA.Sehingga dapat diketahui pengaruh antikoagulan Heparin dan EDTA dari suatu sampel. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah memberikan informasi tentang pengaruh antikoagulan Heparin dan EDTA dari suatu sampel. Desain penelitian adalah eksperimen, dimana pada responden di replikasi ditampung pada 4 tabung dari masing masing antikoagulan dilakukan pemeriksaan pada Hematology Analyzer dengan diperiksa secara segera dan segera, disimpan 2jam dan disimpan 3jam. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan perbedaan rata-rata dari kedua kelompok. Untuk hasil hemoglobin yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan antikoagulan Heparin adanya penurunan dari setiap penundaan. Untuk segera ke 2jam sebesar 0,65%, dan untuk dari segera ke 3jam sebesar 1,31%. untuk hasil hemoglobin yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan antikoagulan EDTA didapatkan penurunan dari setiap penundaan. Untuk segera ke 2jam sebesar 1,93%, dan untuk dari segera ke 3jam sebesar 3,22%. Dari masing-masing pemeriksaan didapatkan hasil yang berbeda. Untuk hasil pemeriksaan dengan Heparin dalam waktu segera yaitu 15,2 mg/dl sedangkan EDTA 15,5 mg/dl, dari hasil tersebut dapat dilihat ada perbedaan sebesar 0,3 mg/dl. Selanjutnya untuk pemeriksaan ditunda 2jam dengan Heparin didapatkan nilai 15,1 mg/dl dan EDTA 15,2 mg/dl, dari hasil hasil tersebut dapat dilihat ada perbedaan sebesar 0,1 mg/dl. Sedangkan untuk pemeriksaan ditunda selama 3jam tidak adanya perbedaan, karena masing-masing hasil yang sama, yaitu 15,0 mg/dl. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Heparin and EDTA anticoagulants. So it can be known the influence of anticoagulants Heparin and EDTA from a sample. The benefit of this study is to provide information about the influence of Heparin and EDTA anticoagulants from a sample. The design of the study was an experiment, in which respondents in replication were accommodated on 4 tubes of each anticoagulant conducted examination on the Hematology Analyzer by checking immediately and immediately, stored 2 hours and stored 3 hours. The results of the data analysis showed the average difference between the two groups. For hemoglobin results performed using anticoagulants Heparin the presence of a decrease of any delay. For the results of the examination with Heparin in the immediate time is 15.2 mg / dl while EDTA 15.5 mg / dl, from the results can be seen there is a difference of 0.3 mg / dl. Furthermore, for the examination was postponed 2 hours with Heparin obtained a value of 15.1 mg / dl and EDTA 15.2 mg / dl, from the results of the results can be seen there is a difference of 0.1 mg / dl. As for the examination was postponed for 3 hours there was no difference, because each result was the same, which is 15.0 mg / dl.
