Abstract

PROGRAM STUDI D III KEPERAWATAN UNIVERSITAS BAKTI TUNAS HUSADA Karya Tulis Ilmiah, Juni 2022 Dede Nunu Nugraha Identifikasi Proses Penyembuhan Luka Pada Pasien Diabetes Mellitus Di RSUD dr. Soekardjo Kota Tasikmalaya Xiv + 77 Hal + 8 Tabel + 2 Bagan + 10 Lampiran ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Badan kesehatan global World Health Organization (WHO) memperkirakan jumlah penderita Diabetes Mellitus di indonesia akan semakin tinggi hingga 2 sampai 3 kali lipat di tahun 2030 dari 8,4 juta mencapai 21,3 juta orang. Tujuan : Mengetahui tentang perkembangan ukuran luka pada pasien diabetes mellitus, mengetahui tentang kedalaman luka pada pasien diabetes mellitus, Mengetahui tentang tepi luka pada pasien diabetes mellitus, mengetahui tentang lubang pada luka yang ada di bawah jaringan sehat (GOA). Metode Penelitian : Metode penelitian yang akan dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penyembuhan luka pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidental sampling yaitu penelitian yang digunakan kepada pasien diabetes mellitus yang menderita luka diabetik. Hasil Penelitian : observasi selama 2 minggu mengalami perkembangan luka yang awalnya dari panjang luka 5 cm maju membaik menjadi 4,5 cm, kedalaman lukanya berada pada skor 3, tepi luka mengalami perubahan signifikan dan Goa Luka mengalami perkembangan yang awalnya dengan skor 5. Kesimpulan : Ukuran luka mengalami perubahan dari awal skor 5 menjadi skor 4,5,, kedalaman luka mengalami perkembangan, Tepi luka mengalami perubahan yang signifikan, goa luka mengalami perkembangan yang awalnya dengan skor 5 menurun menjadi skor 3. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City Xiv + 77 Things + 8 Tables + 2 Charts + 10 Appendixes ABSTRACT Background: The Global Health Organization (WHO) estimates that the number of people with Diabetes Mellitus in Indonesia will be higher by 2 to 3 times in 2030 from 8.4 million to 21.3 million people. Objectives: Knowing about the development of wound size in diabetes mellitus patients, knowingabout the depth of wounds in diabetes mellitus patients, Knowing about the edges of wounds in diabetes mellitus patients, knowingabout lubang in wounds that are under healthy tissue (GOA). Research Methods : The research method that will be carried out in this study is a descriptive method with a type of quantitative research that aims to describe wound healing in Diabetes Mellitus patients in this study using the accidental sampling technique, which is a study used for diabetes mellitus patients who suffer from diabetic wounds. Research Results: observation for 2 weeks experienced the development of the wound which initially from the length of the wound 5 cm forward improved to 4.5 cm, the depth of the wound was at a score of 3, the edge of the wound experienced significant changes and Goa Luka experienced a development which was originally with a score of 5. Conclusion: The size of the wound has changed from the beginning of the score 5 to a score of 4.5,, the depth of the wound has developed, the edge of the wound has significant changes, the wound cave has developed which initially with a score of 5 decreased to a score of 3.
