Abstract

ABSTRAK Gambaran Uji Anti inflamasi Miristisin Pada Tikus Wistar dengan Pemeriksaan Hitung Jumlah Leukosit Yayu Wanda, Tanendri A, M.Si, Yane Liswanti, M.KM (DIII Analis Kesehatan, Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada) Leukosit merupakan sistem pertahanan tubuh muncul dalam beberapa bentuk dan ukuran dan memiliki fungsi yang berbeda. Leukosit terdiri dari dua golongan utama, yaitu agranular dan granular. respon imun spesifik adalah sel darah putih Sel ini berpengaruh terhadap sistem kekebalan tubuh karena berperan dalam membunuh bakteri, parasit dan mikroorganisme asing yang berbahaya terhadap tubuh.Peningkatan dan penurunan jumlah leukosit dapat terjadi karena pengaruh fisiologis atau patologis. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat Pengaruh Uji Antiinflamasi Miristisin Pada Tikus Wistar dengan Pemeriksaan Hitung Jumlah Leukosit dengan misristisin dosis 175 mg/kg BB, miristisin dosis 350 mg/kg BB, miristisin 700 mg/kg BB. Metodologi penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental, populasi sampel yang di ambil yaitu 32 ekor tikus yang sesuai kriteria. Pengambilan data didapat dari pemeriksaan hitung jumlah leukosit pada tikus menggunakan kamar hitung improved neubauer yang dilakukan sesudah diberi perlakuan karagenan, Natrium diklofenak dosis 175 mg/kg BB, natrium diklofenak 350 mg.kg BB, natrium diklofenak 700 mg/kg BB, miristisin dosis 175 mg/kg BB, miristisin dosi 350 mg/kg BB, miristisin 700 mg/kg BB selama 24 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada perlakuan 6,7,8 miristisin dosis 175 mg/kg BB, miristisin dosis 350 mg/kg BB, miristisin 700 mg/kg BB dapat menurunkan radang. Kata kunci : Hitung jumlah leukosit, Miristisin, Inflmasi ABSTRACT Leukocytes are the body's defense system and come in several shapes and sizes and have different functions. Leukocytes consist of two main groups, namely agranular and granular. specific immune response is white blood cells These cells affect the immune system because it plays a role in killing bacteria, parasites and foreign microorganisms that are harmful to the body. Increases and decreases in the number of leukocytes can occur due to physiological or pathological influences. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the anti-inflammatory myristicin test on Wistar rats by examining the number of leukocytes using myristicin at a dose of 175 mg/kg BW, myristicin at a dose of 350 mg/kg BW, and myristicin 700 mg/kg BW. The methodology of this research is experimental, the sample population taken is 32 rats that meet the criteria. Data were collected from the examination of the leukocyte count in rats using an improved Neubauer counting chamber which was carried out after being treated with carrageenan, diclofenac sodium at a dose of 175 mg/kg BW, diclofenac sodium 350 mg.kg BW, diclofenac sodium 700 mg/kg BW, myristicin at a dose of 175 mg/kg BW, myristicin 350 mg/kg BW, myristicin 700 mg/kg BW for 24 hours. The results showed that the treatment of 6,7,8 myristicin at a dose of 175 mg/kg BW, myristicin at a dose of 350 mg/kg BW, myristicin 700 mg/kg BW could reduce inflammation.
