Abstract
ABSTRAK Kajian Etnobotani Tumbuhan Obat Pada Masyarakat Kampung Padasuka Desa Barumekar Kecamatan Parungponteng Kabupaten Tasikmalaya Sri Subhawa Nur Program Studi S1 Farmasi, Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikmalaya Etnobotani adalah ilmu yang mempelajari hubungan timbal balik antara manusia atau masyarakat dengan etnis tertentu dengan tumbuhan yang ada disekitarnya, yaitu bagaimana cara mereka mendapatkan, memanfaatkan, mengolah serta memelihara tumbuhan yang ada disekitar tempat tinggalnya. Penelitian dilakukan di Kampung Padasuka Desa Barumekar Kecamatan Parungponteng Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran penggunaan tumbuhan obat sebagai pengobatan di kampung Padasuka. Metode penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan survei, populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh Kartu Keluarga yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Berdasarkan demografi jenis kelamin tertinggi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi yaitu pada perempuan sebanyak 54,73%; kemudian usia paling banyak yaitu pada rentang 36-45 sebanyak 22,30%; untuk tingkat pendidikan paling tinggi yaitu tamatan SD sebanyak 38,51%; dan untuk tingkat pekerjaan yang paling tinggi terdapat pada IRT sebanyak 34,46%. Hasil penelitian diketahui terdapat 53 spesies tumbuhan obat yang terbagi kedalam 37 familia dan 31 jenis penyakit yang disembuhkan. untuk familia yang terbanyak yaitu Zingiberaceae 11,59%. Sumber memperoleh tumbuhan yang paling banyak yaitu dari hutan 30,43%, Bagian tumbuhan yang paling banyak digunakan yaitu daun 49,27%; dengan cara pengolahan direbus sebanyak 50,72%; cara pemakaian diminum sebanyak 66,66%. Frekuensi sitasi tumbuhan obat tertinggi terdapat pada sirsak Annona maricata L sebanyak 20,94%. Fidelitas tertinggi terdapat pada tumbuhan jahe Zingiber officinales sebanyak 100% diambil dari informan terbanyak. Rasio Kesepakatan Informan terbanyak pada kategori sistem reproduksi sebanyak 0,944. Kata kunci : Etnobotani, Tumbuhan obat, Frekuensi Sitasi, FL, Rasio Kesepakatan Informan. ABSTRACT Ethnobotany is the study of the interrelationships between humans and plants and the environment in which they live. Ethnobotany can be defined as the traditional use of various kinds of medicinal plants by rural communities. This research was conducted in Padasuka Village, Barumekar Village, Parungponteng District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out the types of plants used by the community, where to get the plants, the parts of the plants used, how to process and how to use them and to know the types of diseases that could be cured. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative and quantitative methods using interview and survey techniques, the population in this study is all households that meet the inclusion criteria. Based on the demographics, the highest gender that met the inclusion criteria was 54.73% of women; then the highest age is in the range of 36-45 as much as 22.30%; for the highest education level, namely elementary school graduates as much as 38.51%; and for the highest level of employment, there are IRT as much as 34.46%. The results showed that there were 53 species of medicinal plants which were divided into 37 families and 31 types of curable diseases. for the most family, Zingiberaceae 11.59%. the source of obtaining the most plants is from the forest 30,43%, The most widely used plant parts were leaves 49.27%; by boiling as much as 50.72%; how to use it is drunk as much as 66.66%. The highest frequency of citation of medicinal plants was found in soursop Annona maricata L as much as 20.94%. The highest fidelity was found in the ginger plant Zingiber officinales as much as 100% taken from the most informants.
