ABSTRAK GAMBARAN KADAR UREUM KREATININ DAN eLFG PADA PASIEN DENGAN RIWAYAT HIPERTENSI DESCRIPTION OF UREUM CREATININE AND ELFG LEVELS IN PATIENTS WITH HISTORY OF HYPERETENSION Ai Mulyati1, Rianti Nurpalah, Hj. Meti Kusmiati 1 Program Studi DIII Teknologi Laboratorium Medik, Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikmalaya Abstrak Hipertensi merupakan peningkatan tekanan darah sistolik lebih dari 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik lebih dari 90 mmHg pada dua kali pengukuran dengan selang waktu lima menit pada keadaan cukup istirahat. Peningkatan tekanan darah yang berlangsung dalam jangka waktu lama dapat menyebabkan gangguan pada berbagai organ salah satunya pada fungsi ginjal bila tidak dideteksi secara dini dan tidak mendapat pengobatan yang memadai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran Ureum kreatinin dan eLFG pada pasien dengan riwayat hipertensi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pasien peserta prolanis yang mempunyai riwayat hipertensi dengan pengambilan data dilakukan dari hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium di Klinik Bakti Tunas Husada. Data di olah menggunakan software Microsoft Excel. Dari hasil penelitian di dapatkan nilai ureum sebanyak 87% normal dan 13% abnormal, keratin sebanyak 81% normal dan 19% abnormal, serta eLFG sebanyak 62% normal dan 38% abnormal. Dapat disimpulkan nilai Urea, kreatinin dan eLFG pada pasien prolanis yang mempunyai riwayat hipertensi di Klinik Bakti Tunas Husada sebagian besar nilainya normal. Kata Kunci : Hipertensi, Ureum, Kreatinin, eLFG Abstract Hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of more than 90 mmHg on two measurements with an interval of five minutes at rest. An increase in blood pressure that lasts for a long time can cause disturbances in various organs, one of which is kidney function if it is not detected early and does not receive adequate treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of urea creatinine and eGFR in patients with a history of hypertension. The research method used is descriptive. The sample of this study was prolanis participant patients who had a history of hypertension with data collection carried out from the results of laboratory examinations at the Bakti Tunas Husada Clinic. The data is processed using Microsoft Excel software. From the results of the study, the urea values were 87% normal and 13% abnormal, keratin was 81% normal and 19% abnormal, and eGFR was 62% normal and 38% abnormal. It can be concluded that the Urea, creatinine and eGFR values in prolanis patients who have a history of hypertension at the Bakti Tunas Husada Clinic are mostly normal values.
