Abstract

ABSTRAK Gambaran Kadar Hemoglobin Pada Pengkonsumsi Kopi U Rizky Piriana, Yane Liswanti, Meri Meri (Program DIII Analis Kesehatan, Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada) Abstrak Pengaruh kopi pada hemoglobin dapat menghambat penyerapan makanan yang mengandung besi karena adanya kadungan tanin dan pitat. Maka dari itu Fe akan berkurang dan menyebabkan jumlah hemoglobin dan sel darah merah menurun Ajiwibawani (2015). Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan 25 responden Mahasiswa Universitas BTH Tasikmalaya. Hemoglobin diperiksa dengan menggunakan metode sianmethemoglobin, dan baca menggunakan fotometer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran kadar hemoglobin pada pengkonsumsi kopi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran Hemoglobin, dari 25 sampel yang diperiksa kadar hemoglobin adalah sebagian besar memiliki nilai yang normal. Kata kunci : Hemoglobin, kopi Abstract The effect of coffee on hemoglobin can inhibit the absorption of iron-containing foods due to the presence of tannins and phytate. Therefore, Fe will decrease and cause the number of hemoglobin and red blood cells to decrease. This research is a descriptive study with 25 respondents from BTH Tasikmalaya University students. Hemoglobin was checked using the cyanmethemoglobin method, and bica using a photometer. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of hemoglobin levels in coffee consumers. The results of the study obtained a picture of Hemoglobin, of the 25 samples examined for hemoglobin levels, most of them had normal values. Key words : Hemoglobin, coffe
