Abstract

Abstrak Rantai dingin (Cold Chain) adalah sistem pengelolaan vaksin yang dimaksudkan untuk memelihara dan menjamin mutu vaksin dalam pendistribusian mulai dari pabrik pembuat vaksin sampai pada sasaran. Produk rantai dingin sensitif terhadap temperature sehingga penyimpanan dan pengirimannya memerlukan kontrol temperature yang tak terputus mulai dari pabrik sampai distribusi ke pengguna akhir, hal ini harus dilakukan guna menghindari risiko penurunan khasiat dan keamanannya. Sistem penyimpanan dan distribusi vaksin yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan vaksin rusak dan tidak efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran sistem cold chain, mengevaluasi penyimpanan dan pendistribusian vaksin. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional bersifat deskriptif metode prospektif desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 40 Puskesmas yang tersebar di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara kepada koordinator imunisasi, pengisian kuesioner oleh petugas vaksin. Penelitian ini merujuk pada Pedoman Permenkes RI Nomor 12 Tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian seluruh Puskesmas memiliki SOP mengacu pada Permenkes no.12 Tahun 2017 tentang penyelenggaraan imunisasi namun tidak semua Puskesmas ada bukti fisiknya dengan alasan berkas hilang, lupa menyimpan. Selain itu penyimpanan dokumen SOP tidak ditempat khusus melainkan disimpan di dalam gudang. Sistem kesesuaian rantai dingin Puskesmas Wilayah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya sudah sesuai Permenkes no. 12 Tahun 2017. Ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana untuk penyelenggaraan kegiatan imunisasi Puskesmas Wilayah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya telah memenuhi namun masih terdapat sebagian Puskesmas dengan thermometer dan freeze tag yang telah rusak. Abstract Cold chain is a vaccine management system designed to maintain and guarantee the quality of vaccines in distribution from the vaccine factory to the target. Cold chain products are sensitive to temperature so their storage and delivery require uninterrupted temperature control from the factory to distribution to the end user, this should be done to avoid the risk of reduced performance and safety. Inappropriate vaccine storage and distribution systems can cause vaccines to be damaged and ineffective. The aim of this study is to get a picture of the cold chain system, evaluate the storage and distribution of vaccines. The type of research used is observational character descriptive prospective method of cross sectional design. This research was carried out on 40 Puskesmas spread across the Tasikmalaya district. Data collection techniques through observations, interviews with immunization coordinators, completion of questionnaires by vaccine officers. This study refers to the Permenkes RI Guidelines Number 12 of 2017. The research results of all Puskesmas have SOP referring to the Permenkes no.12 of 2017 on the maintenance of immunization but not all of Puskésmas have physical evidence of it on the grounds of lost files, forgot to save. In addition, the SOP documents are not stored in a special place but are stored within a warehouse. The system of suitable cold chain Puskesmas Territory of Tasikmalaya has already suited Permenkes no. 12 in 2017. The availability of means and prasarana for the maintenance of immunization activities Puskesmas Territory of Tasikmalaya district has been fulfilled but there are still some Pushesmas with thermometers and freeze tags that have been damaged.
