Abstract

Abstrak Mahasiswa Kesehatan merupakan kelompok yang berisiko dengan penularan hepatitis B, karena pola pekerjaan di lab dan di praktek kerja lapangan,selain itu kebiasaan kurang peduli dan mengabaikan jadi salah satu bentuk resiko terpaparnya hepatitis B penelitian pada kali ini dilakukan uji identifikasi HBsAg menggunakan metode immunokromatografi kepada mahasiswa kesehatan swasta.Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Gambaran hasil pemeriksaan HBsAg pada mahasiswa Kesehatan swasta di Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa kesehatan yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi sebagai populasi. Teknik Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan observasional, dan sudah melakukan uji kode etik dengan No.188/E.01/KEPK-BTH/VII/2023. Lalu pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling pada sampel dan identifikasi HBsAg menggunakan metode immunokromatografi, dimana hasil yang diolah dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Jadi keseluruhan total pada mahasiswa TLM Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada ada 37 responden dengan hasil negatif, demikian hasil pemeriksaan ada keterhubungan dengan pernyataan kuesioner yang responden isi dan menunjukan sikap preventif yang baik. Maka dapat disimpulkan berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan mengenai Gambaran Pemeriksaan HBsAg pada mahasiswa Prodi D-III Teknologi Laboratorium Medis Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada sebanyak 37(100%) sampel negatif Hepatitis B. Kata Kunci: Hepatitis B, HBsAg,Mahasiswa Kesehatan. Abstrac Health students are a group at risk of transmitting hepatitis B, because of their work patterns in the lab and in the field, apart from that the habit of not caring and ignoring is one form of risk of exposure to hepatitis B. This research carried out an HBsAg identification test using the immunochromatography method on private health students. The purpose of this study was to find out the results of the HBsAg examination on private health students in Tasikmalaya. This research is a study of health students who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria as a population. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, with an observational approach, and has tested the code of ethics with No.188/E.01/KEPK-BTH/VII/2023. Pruposive sampling on samples and identification of HBsAg using the immunochromatographic method, the results were processed and analyzed descriptively. In TLM students at Bakti Tunas Husada University. In 37 respondents obtained a seroprevalence of 0% with HBsAg. So it can be concluded that based on research that has been carried out regarding the description of HBsAg examination in students majoring in Medical Laboratory Technology, Bakti Tunas Husada University, 37 (100%) samples were negative for Hepatitis B.
