Abstract

ABSTRAK Kasus diare menjadi poin penting yang harus ditangani, terbukti menurut laporan (Depkes Kota Tasikamalaya, 2022) penderita ,diare dari semua kelompok usia yang dilayani di fasilitas kesehatan tahun 2021 terdapat 9.123 penderita, pada tahun 2022, terjadi peningkatan kasus menjadi 10.852 penderita, artinya terjadi peningkatan sebanyak 1.729 dalam periode 2 tahun terakhir yang harus ditangi dengan serius. Tanaman Herbal di Indonesia sangat populer sejak jaman dulu ditambah masa kini yang bergaya hidup kembali ke alam, kombinasi daun tanaman herbal menjadi tujuan pengujian penelitian ini untuk mengetahui aktivitas antidiare dari kombinasi daun tanaman tersebut, yakni daun jambu biji, daun papaya, daun salam, daun bayam duri, dan daun kelor. Metode pengujian ini menginduksi oleum ricini pada mencit. Ekstrak etanol kombinasi daun tanaman herbal tersebut diberikan dengan volume dosis 1,56 mg/20 gram mencit, volume dosis 3,12 mg/20 gram mencit, volume dosis 6,24 mg/20 gram mencit, dan Diapet sebagai pembanding dengan volume dosis 3,12 mg/,20 gram mencit. Paremeter yang di uji yakni awal munculnya diare, frekuensi diare, durasi diare, konsistensi feses, bobot feses, dan rasio lintasan marker pada usus mempunyai perbedaan yang signifikan (p<0,05) untuk volume dosis 1,56 mg/20 gram mencit, volume dosis 3,12 mg/, 20 gram mencit, dan volume dosis 6,24 mg/,20 gram mencit. Volume dosis paling efektif yakni volume dosis 6,24 mg/,20 gram mencit, bahkan lebih baik dari volume dosis pembanding Diapet. Kata Kunci : Kombinasi Daun Tanaman Herbal, Antidiare, Mencit Swiss Webster. ABSTRACT Diarrhea cases are an important point that must be addressed, as evidenced by the report (Ministry of Health of Tasikamalaya City, 2022) diarrhea sufferers from all age groups served in health facilities in 2021 there were 9,123 sufferers, in 2022, there was an increase in cases to 10,852 patients, meaning that ,there was an, increase of 1,729 in the last 2 years that must be taken seriously. Herbal plants in Indonesia are very popular since ancient times plus the present lifestyle of returning to nature, the combination of herbal plant leaves is the ,purpose, of testing this study ,to ,determine the antidiarrheal activity of the combination of plant leaves, namely guava leaves, papaya leaves, bay leaves, thorn spinach leaves, and moringa leaves. This test method induces oleum ricini in Webster's Swiss strain mice. The ethanol extract combination of herbal plant leaves was given with a dose volume of 1.56 mg /,20 grams of mice, a dose volume of 3.12 mg /,20 grams of mice, a dose volume of 6.24 mg /,20 grams of mice, and Diapet as a comparison with a dose volume of 3.12 mg /,20 grams of mice. The paremeter tested, namely the beginning of the appearance of diarrhea, frequency of diarrhea, duration of diarrhea, consistency of feces, weight of feces, and the ratio of marker trajectories in the intestine had a significant difference (p <,0.05) for a dose volume of 1.56 mg /,20 grams of mice, a dose volume of 3.12 mg /,20 grams of mice, and a dose volume of 6.24 mg /,20 grams of mice. The most effective dose volume is 6.24 mg/,20 grams of mice, even better than the comparable dose volume of Diapet. Keywords: combination of herbal leaves, antidiarrheal, Swiss Webster mice.
