Abstract

PROGRAM STUDI DIII ANALIS KESEHATAN FASKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS BAKTI TUNAS HUSADA TASIKMALAYA Karya Tulis Ilmiah, Juli 2024 Lisdiana Pavila Safitri Cushion merupakan salah satu kosmetik terdiri dari aplikator berupa air cushion puff dan spons yang direndam dengan krim BB atau CC. Toko kosmetik menyediakan tester kosmetik dengan aplikator yang digunakan secara bersama. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui gambaran jumlah bakteri pada aplikator air cushion puff dalam tester cushion di toko kosmetik X Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode yang bersifat deskriftif dengan teknik quota sampling. Sampel diambil dari salah satu toko kosmetik di Tasikmalaya yang kemudian dilakukan swab pada sampel aplikator tester tersebut untuk dilakukan kultur pada media PCA, kemudian koloni yang tumbuh dihitung dengan metode ALT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran jumlah bakteri pada 4 sampel aplikator air cushion puff tester antara 1,6 × 103 CFU/ml hingga 50 × 103 CFU/ml, sedangkan kontrol sampel yaitu aplikator air cushion puff yang belum digunakan 1,0 × 101* CFU/ml. Kata Kunci: Air cushion puff, ALT, Bakteri. Cushion is a type of cosmetic consisting of an applicator in the form of an air cushion puff and a sponge soaked with BB or CC cream. Cosmetic store provide cosmetic testers with shared applicators. The aim of this research was to determine the description of the number of bacteria in the air cushion puff applicator in the cushion tester at cosmetic shop X, Tasikmalaya City. The method used is a descriptive method with a quota sampling technique. Sampeles were taken from one of the cosmetic shops in Tasikmalaya and then a swab was carried out on the tester applicator sample for culture on PCA media, then the colonies that grew were counted using the ALT method. Based on the research result, it was obtained that the number of bacteria in the 4 air cushion puff tester applicator sampel was between 1,6 × 103 CFU/ml to 50 × 103 CFU/ml, while the control sample, namely the air cushion puff applicator that had not was 1,0 × 101* CFU/ml.
