Abstract

ABSTRAK GAMBARAN JUMLAH LEUKOSIT PADA PENDERITA DIABETES MELITUS TIPE 2 DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH SOEKARDJO TASIKMALAYA Muhammad Ilham Mursyidan Fadlan Husni Nurhayati Program Studi Diploma III Analis Kesehatan Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada Diabetes Melitus (DM) yaitu kondisi metabolik yang didefinisikan oleh hiperglikemia, atau peningkatan kadar glukosa darah yang lebih tinggi. Leukosit merupakan unit sistem pertahanan tubuh yang bergerak dan berperan dalam infeksi tubuh. Pasien yang memiliki riwayat penyakit diabetes melitus tipe 2 adanya peningkatan maupun penurunan leukosit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran jumlah leukosit pada penderita DM Tipe II. Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Soekardjo Tasikmalaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil teknik sampling terdapat 20 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Kemudian hasil data di analisis dinyatakan dari persentase, dan disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif penyajian dalam bentuk tabel sederhana. Jumlah total sampling 20 pasien. Pasien dengan kadar leukosit normal 14 orang (70%), dan leukositosis 6 orang (30%). Jumlah leukosit berdasarkan umur didapatkan pada penderita DM dengan umur 36-46 tahun 3 orang (15%), 46-55 tahun 4 orang (20%), 56-65 tahun 9 orang (45%), dan lebih dari 60 tahun 4 orang atau (25%) . Jumlah leukosit berrdasarkan umur terbanyak pada perempuan 13 orang (65%) dan laki-laki 7 orang (35%). Kata kunci : Diabetes Melitus Tipe II, Leukosit, Hiperglikemia Abstract Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic condition defined by hyperglycemia, or a higher increase in blood glucose levels. Leukocytes are units of the body's defense system that move and play a role in body infections. Patients who have a history of type 2 diabetes mellitus have an increase or decrease in leukocytes. The aim of this study was to see an overview of the number of leukocytes in Type II DM sufferers. The research was conducted at the Soekardjo Tasikmalaya Regional General Hospital. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of the sampling technique showed that there were 20 samples that met the inclusion criteria. Then the results of the data are analyzed as percentages and presented in descriptive form, presented in the form of a simple table. The total number of samples was 20 patients. There were 14 patients with normal leukocyte levels (70%), and 6 people with leukocytosis (30%). The number of leukocytes based on age was obtained in DM sufferers aged 36-46 years 3 people (15%), 46-55 years 4 people (20%), 56-65 years 9 people (45%), and more than 60 years 4 people or (25%) .
