Abstract

Gambaran Kelelahan Kerja Pada Pegawai Lapangan Telkom Indonesia di Kota Tasikmalaya Aleza Nurrabani Prodi DIII Analis Kesehatan, Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikmalaya Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam kelancaran produksi sehingga program K3 harus diterapkan di perusahaan dan bukan hanya sekedar wacana. Kelelahan merupakan kejadian yang umum terjadi jika seseorang bekerja dan dapat pulih setelah dilakukan istirahat. PT Telkom Indonesia merupakan perusahaan telekomunikasi dengan banyak karyawan, sebagai karyawan perusahaan, mereka harus bekerja secara profesional dan efisien. Terdapat lima kelompok sebab kelelahan yaitu keadaan monoton, fisik maupun mental, lingkungan, kejiwaan, gizi. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini ntuk mengetahui gambaran kelelahan kerja pada pegawai lapangan Telkom Indonesia di Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan pengisian kuisioner kepada pegawai lapangan Telkom Indonesia Kota Tasikmalaya. Data ini dilakukan pengolahan nilai sesuai dengan metode IFRC. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa tingkat kelelahan kerja pada pegawai lapangan Telkom Indonesia di kota Tasikmalaya didapat 60% (dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 20 responden) kelelahan kerja dengan rerata skor 51 yang termasuk kedalam kategori rendah . Kata Kunci : Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Kelelahan Kerja Occupational Safety and Health is one of the important factors in the smooth production so that the K3 program must be implemented in the company and not just a discourse. Fatigue is a common occurrence if a person works and can recover after resting. PT Telkom Indonesia is a telecommunications company with many employees, as employees of the company, they must work professionally and efficiently. There are five groups of causes of fatigue namely monotonous, physical and mental, environmental, psychiatric, nutritional. The purpose of this study was to find out the picture of work fatigue in Telkom Indonesia field employees in Tasikmalaya City. This study uses a descriptive method, data collection is carried out by observation and filling out questionnaires to Telkom Indonesia field employees in Tasikmalaya City. This data is processed according to the IFRC method. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, the level of work fatigue in Telkom Indonesia's field employees in the city of Tasikmalaya was obtained by 60% (with a total of 20 respondents) of work fatigue with an average score of 51 which is included in the low category.
