Abstract

PROGRAM STUDI DIII ANALIS KESEHATAN FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS BAKTI TUNAS HUSADA TASIKMALAYA KARYA TULIS ILMIAH, JUNI 2024 WIDA HOLIMATUL NADIA Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja K3 untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat dan aman sehingga dapat mengurangi probabilitas kecelakaan kerja /penyakit akibat kelalaian yang mengakibatkandemotivasi dan defisiensi produktivitas kerja. Sampah adalah salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang masih banyak dihadapi oleh masyarakat Indonesia saat ini. Peningkatan volume sampah yang terus meningkat menjadi tugas dari para pemangku kebijakan untuk mencari jalan keluarnya. Petugas pengumpul sampah mempunyai potensi risiko yang cukup besar dalam pekerjaannya. Berdasarkan data pada laporan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup bahwa ditemukan kasus petugas pengumpul sampah tertusuk benda runcing/tajam sebanyak 57 kasus, gangguan pernafasan 12 kasus, dan terinfeksi penyakit kulit sebanyak 32 kasus. Kondisi lingkungan kerja yang tidak sehat, tidak aman dan tidak digunakan alat pelindung diri merupakan faktor-faktor terjadinya peningkatan kecelakaan kerja dan rentan terhadap penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran keselamatan kerja pada pekerja pengangkut sampah. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknk Purposive sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menentukan orang yang akan diteliti dengan kriteria inkulsi, Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian untuk pengetahuan K3 didapatkakn kategori Baik 88,1%, Pengetahuan APD baik 91%, Kesehatan kerja Baik 86% dan dukungan atasan dan rekan kerja baik 95% Kesimpulanya bahwa keselamatan kerja pada pekerja pengangkut sampah di Kota Tasikmalaya rerata 90 % termasuk kategori baik. Kata Kunci : Keselamatan Kerja, PengetahuanK3, Pengetahuan APD, Kesehatan Kerja, Dukungan atasan dan rekan kerja K3 Occupational Health and Safety to create a healthy and safe work environment so that it can reduce the probability of work accidents / diseases due to negligence resulting in demotivation and deficiency of work productivity. Waste is one of the public health problems that is still faced by many Indonesian people today. The increase in the volume of waste that continues to increase is the task of policy makers to find a solution. Waste collection officers have considerable potential risks in their work. Based on data from the Environmental Agency's report, there were 57 cases of garbage collection officers being pierced by pointed/sharp objects, 12 cases of respiratory disorders, and 32 cases of skin disease infection. Unhealthy, unsafe work environment conditions and non-use of personal protective equipment are factors that increase work accidents and are prone to disease. This study aims to find out the picture of occupational safety in garbage haulers. In this study, a descriptive test was used using the Purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique by determining the person to be researched with inculcation criteria, Based on the results of the research for K3 knowledge, the category of Good 88.1%, Good PPE Knowledge 91%, Good Occupational Health 86% and the support of superiors and colleagues is good 95% In conclusion, occupational safety in waste transport workers in Tasikmalaya City averages 90% including Good category.
