Abstract

ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DENGAN KEPATUHAN PASIEN GAGAL GINJAL KRONIK DALAM MENJALANI TERAPI HEMODIALISA DI RSUD CIAMIS Alda Lidiasari Program Studi S1 Farmasi, Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada Gagal Ginjal Kronik (GGK) adalah penurunan fungsi ginjal yang menetap dan bertahap. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan pasien GGK dalam menjalani terapi hemodialisa di RSUD Ciamis. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif cross sectional 40 responden pada Januari–Maret 2025. Instrumen menggunakan FSS dan MMAS-8, dianalisis dengan model SEMPLS. Hasil menunjukkan seluruh instrumen valid dan reliabel. R-Square 88,1% menunjukkan kepatuhan tinggi pasien, dengan dukungan keluarga berperan signifikan dalam kepatuhan terapi hemodialisa. Dukungan keluarga berperan penting dalam keberhasilan terapi hemodialisis pasien GGK. Kata kunci: Gagal Ginjal Kronik (GGK), Kepatuhan Terapi, Dukungan Keluarga ABSTRACT Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a persistent and gradual decline in kidney function. This study analyzes the relationship between family support and compliance of GGK patients in undergoing hemodialysis therapy at Ciamis Hospital. Using a cross sectional quantitative approach 40 respondents in January-March 2025. Instruments using FSS and MMAS-8, analyzed with the SEMPLS model. The results showed that all instruments were valid and reliable. R-Square 88.1% shows high patient compliance, with family support playing a significant role in hemodialysis therapy compliance.
