Abstract

PROGRAM STUDI DIII ANALIS KESEHATAN/TLM FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS BAKTI TUNAS HUSADA TASIKMALAYA Karya Tulis Ilmiah, Juli 2025 Syifa Nurfuadah ABSTRAK Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan penyakit infeksi yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan utama di Indonesia dan sering disertai komplikasi anemia yang dapat memperburuk kondisi pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran hasil pemeriksaan C-Reactive Protein (CRP) pada pasien tuberkulosis yang disertai anemia. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif menggunakan metode pemeriksaan latex aglutinasi pada serum 30 pasien laki-laki penderita TB dengan anemia yang sedang menjalani pengobatan di Puskesmas Salawu, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan bahwa 15 pasien (50%) memiliki hasil CRP positif dan 15 pasien (50%) hasil CRP negatif, yang tersebar pada berbagai tingkat keparahan anemia. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah hasil CRP pada pasien tuberkulosis disertai anemia terbagi rata antara positif dan negatif, serta tidak ditemukan hubungan signifikan antara kadar CRP dengan tingkat keparahan anemia pada pasien TB yang sedang menjalani pengobatan. Kata Kunci: Tuberkulosis, Anemia, C-Reactive Protein, Latex Aglutinasi Abstract Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that remains a major health problem in Indonesia and is often accompanied by anemia, which can worsen patients' clinical conditions. This study aims to describe the results of C-Reactive Protein (CRP) examination in tuberculosis patients with anemia. The research was conducted qualitatively using the latex agglutination method on serum samples from 30 male TB patients with anemia who were undergoing treatment at Salawu Community Health Center, Tasikmalaya Regency. The results showed that 15 patients (50%) had positive CRP results and 15 patients (50%) had negative CRP results, distributed across various degrees of anemia severity, from very mild, mild, to moderate. The study concludes that CRP results in tuberculosis patients with anemia were evenly divided between positive and negative, and there was no significant relationship found between CRP levels and the severity of anemia in TB patients undergoing treatment.
