ABSTRAK PENGARUH CAMPURAN EKSTRAK BUNGA ROSELLA (Hibiscus sabdariffa) DAN BUNGA TELANG (Clitoria ternatea) TERHADAP BOBOT LIMPA DAN LIMFOSIT ABSOLUT TOTAL PADA MENCIT JANTAN Igal Mulki Nasrullah 1, Meri 2, Tanendri Arrizqiyani 3 Progam Studi D-III Analis Kesehatan, Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada, Tasikmalaya Abstrak Sistem kekebalan tubuh memiliki peran krusial dalam melindungi tubuh dari serangan patogen serta menjaga keseimbangan fungsi fisiologis. Tanaman rosela (Hibiscus sabdariffa) dan telang (Clitoria ternatea) diketahui mengandung senyawa aktif yang berpotensi memberikan efek imunostimulasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati pengaruh kombinasi ekstrak kedua tanaman tersebut terhadap berat limpa dan jumlah limfosit absolut total pada mencit jantan (Mus musculus). Sebanyak 25 mencit dibagi ke dalam lima kelompok, yaitu kelompok kontrol negatif (Na CMC), kontrol positif (Imboost), dan tiga kelompok perlakuan dengan variasi rasio ekstrak 25%:75%, 50%:50%, dan 75%:25%, diberikan pada dosis 500 mg/kgBB selama tujuh hari. Analisis menggunakan uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna pada parameter bobot limpa (p = 0,174) maupun jumlah limfosit absolut total (p = 0,787). Uji fitokimia mengidentifikasi kandungan flavonoid, alkaloid, saponin, dan senyawa aktif lainnya dalam ekstrak. Penelitian lanjutan dengan variasi dosis dan lama pemberian diperlukan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi imunostimulannya lebih lanjut. Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa) and butterfly pea (Clitoria ternatea) are medicinal plants known to contain bioactive compounds with potential immunostimulatory effects. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of their combined extracts on spleen weight and total absolute lymphocyte count in male mice (Mus musculus). A total of 25 mice were divided into five groups: negative control (5% Na CMC), positive control (Imboost), and three treatment groups receiving extract combinations at ratios of 25%:75%, 50%:50%, and 75%:25% at a dose of 500 mg/kgBW for seven days. Statistical analysis using one-way ANOVA showed no significant differences in spleen weight (p = 0.174) or lymphocyte count (p = 0.787) among the groups. Phytochemical screening revealed the presence of flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, and other active compounds. Further studies with varied dosages and longer treatment durations are recommended to explore the full immunostimulant potential of these herbal extracts.
