Abstract

ABSTRAK TINGKAT PENCAHAYAAN DI RUANG RAWAT INAP RUMAH SAKIT Oleh: Ane Meilani 10117004 Pencahayaan di dalam ruang bangunan rumah sakit merupakan intensitas penyinaran pada suatu bidang kerja yang ada di dalam ruang bangunan rumah sakit yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan secara efektif. Suatu penerangan ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor kondisi ruangan (tertutup atau buka), letak penempatan lampu, jenis dan daya lampu, jenis permukaan benda-benda dalam ruang (memantulkan atau menyerap), warna-warna dinding (gelap atau terang) udara dalam ruang (asap rokok dan sebagainya), pola diagram dari tiap lampu. Standar pencahayaan yang baik berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan no.1204/MENKES/SK/X/04 diruangan pasien yaitu saat tidak tidur 100-200 lux sedangkan saat tidur maksimal 50 lux, dan standar yang ditetapkan diruang perawatan yaitu 250 lux. Tujuan :Mengetahui teori / konsep atau penelitian tentang Tingkat Pencahayaan Di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah. Metode :Metode penelitian literatur review. Populasi artikel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu artikel yang berada di google schooler yang berjumlah 10 artikel. Hasil : Dari hasil keseluruhan penelitian didapatkan bahwa tingkat pencahayaan di ruang rawat inap rumah sakit masih banyak yang belum memenuhi standar. Kata Kunci :Pencahayaan, Intensitas Pencahayaan dan Pencahayaan di ruang perawatan Abstract Lighting in hospital building space is the intensity of irradiation in a field of work that is in the hospital building space needed to carry out activities effectively. An illumination is determined by factors of the condition of the room (closed or open), location of lamp placement, type and power of the lamp, type of surface of objects in space (reflecting or absorbing), wall colors (dark or light) air in the room ( cigarette smoke and so on), diagram pattern of each lamp. Good lighting standards based on the Decree of the Minister of Health no.1204 / MENKES / SK / X / 04 in the patient's room ie when not sleeping 100-200 lux while at maximum 50 lux sleep, and the standard set in the treatment room is 250 lux. Objective: Knowing the theory / concept or research about the level of lighting in the Inpatient Room. Method: Research literature review method. The article population used in this study are articles in the Google Schooler of 10 articles.
