Abstract

ABSTRAK Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang memiliki kekayaan akan berbagai jenis tanaman yang memiliki potensi sebagai sumber obat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui konsentrasi dan jenis ekstrak tanaman herbal yang memiliki khasiat sebagai anti-jamur dan memiliki zona hambat kategori kuat dalam menghambat pertumbuhan Trichophyton mentagrohytes dan Tricophyton rubrum secara in vitro. Penelitian ini menggunakan hasil dari studi literatur yang bersumber dari 20 jurnal penelitian dari genus Tricophyton yang dibagi menjadi dua spesies diantaranya 10 jurnal penelitian untuk spesies Tricophyton mentagrophytes dan 10 jurnal penelitian untuk spesies Tricophyton rubrum. Hasil review studi literatur dari 10 jurnal Tricophyton mentagrophytes terbentuk zona hambat paling kuat pada jenis tanaman daun kesum (Polygonum minus huds) konsentrasi 80% dengan zona hambat 20,625 mm. sementara dari 10 jurnal Tricophyton rubrum terbentuk zona hambat paling kuat pada jenis tanaman daun kapulaga (Ammonium compactum soland) pada konsentrasi 100% dengan zona hambat 72 mm. ABSTRACT Indonesia is a country that has a wealth of various types of plants which is potentially as a source of medicine. The aim of this research is to know the concentration and types of extracts of herbal plants which have benefit as anti-fungal and have a strong inhibitory zone category in inhibiting the growth of Trichophyton mentagrohytes and Tricophyton rubrum in vitro. This research uses the results of a literature study sourced from 20 research journals of the genus Tricophyton which is divided into two species including 10 research journals for the Tricophyton mentagrophytes species and 10 research journals for the Tricophyton rubrum species. The results of reviewing the literature studies from 10 Tricophyton mentagrophytes journals are the strongest inhibitory zone was formed in the types of kesum leaves (Polygonum minus huds) at a concentration of 80% with 20.625 mm. inhibition zone, while from 10 journals of Tricophyton rubrum the strongest inhibition zone was formed in the type of cardamom leaf plant (Ammonium compactum soland) at a concentration of 100% with a 72 mm. inhibition zone.
